Price Overrides Report

The Price Overrides Report is a management tool for monitoring changes made to the system-calculated customer base selling prices entered in Set Selling Prices during sales order entry. Use it to track special prices, both higher or lower than the base price, given by sales reps who override the system generated prices beyond the per unit or percentage tolerance entered. The report will list, by sales rep, the user ID that overrode the base selling price, the time the price was overridden, the customer, item, sales order number, and the old, new, and per unit change amounts.

This report can be included in the Close End of Day reports.

 

Available Actions Using Printing

 

Price Overrides Fields
Beginning Ship Date The start date for the report.
Ending Ship Date The end date for the report.
Sales Reps

Enter one, several, or all sales reps for the report.

Page Break by Sales Rep (Y/N)

Enter Y (Y=yes) to have a page break by sales rep, enter N (N=no) if you do not want a page break by sales rep.  

Price Responsibility The price master assigned to the items.
Tolerance The per unit or percentage change used to generate the report. 0=include all price changes or use the entered rate to filter to only the sales order price overrides that exceed the tolerance rate and type (pound or percentage).
